Relaxing place to stay
Nice that there is 24 hour reception, able to get into our apt. as soon as we arrived, friendly staff, gave us a map and advice on on arrival. Space was as described. Street is busy but we were on a high floor so very quiet. Smaller room is very small but as described.
Shower a little challenging to figure out. Could have used some directions on how to use it. I think it's a European style. Turn the faucet left and water flows to tub, the other way to get the shower to work.

Exceptional
All was great. Appartment was very clean, with daily cleaning service included in price. Location perfectt, few min walk from Catalunya and metro. Kitchen fully equiped with good coffee machine. We felt very comfortable. Bed was great, no backache .

What was the highlight of Casp 74 Apartments
Enjoyable stay.
It was our second stay in Casp 74. Location is good, near metro station (5 minutes walk). The 3 bedroom apartment have a spacious living room and the master bedroom is spacious too. But the others 2 bedrooms are very small. Very nice terrace with a small garden with 2 sunbeds. The kitchen is well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine.
The furniture in the bathroom is minimalist. The ladder is metal so we heard the neighbor coming downstairs everytime (that’s up to each…). Ask for slippers and you get. I couldn’t enjoy the terrace because there was o lot noise, even annoying, from an adjacent terrace, outside the property. A little bit overpriced…
